If the so-called Anti-Terrorism Bill becomes law, it will be an instrument of state terrorism for the suppression of all democratic forces, critics and opposition.
It shall allow the tyrannical Duterte regime and its armed minions to abduct, torture and murder people, erase all evidence of the crime within 24 days and extort from the ordinary and well-to-do people under the threat of their assets being frozen or confiscated.
All these crimes shall be committed by those in power under the diabolic notion of guilt by association by merely casting suspicion on any person or organization, red-tagging, planting of evidence and framing up the victims.
The state terrorism of Duterte is a sure-fire recipe for the advance of the people’s democratic revolution, like the Marcos fascist dictatorship.
