You are invited to a PRESS CONFERENCE to discuss

THE CONTINUING PERSECUTION OF PROF. JOSE MARIA SISON:
IMPLICATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES TO PEACE NEGOTIATIONS


The Prosecution has decided to continue the preliminary investigation of the case against Prof. Jose Maria Sison up to the middle of 2008 despite the previous decisions of the District Court of The Hague (13 September 2007) and the Court of Appeal (3 October 2007) that there is no prima facie evidence against him and that the charge has a political context biased against him and despite the decision of the Judge Commissioner (21 November 2007) to close the preliminary investigation.

The press conference will discuss the facts, character, implications and consequences of the case.
