Leni Robredo is far more intelligent, honest and competent than a Duterte who has gone out of his mind by worshipping and emulating the fascist dictatorship and corruption of Marcos.

He pretends to use Tokhang methods against his own ninja cops involved in the drug trade. In fact, he is merely reminding the police officers that even they can suffer Tokhang if they do not follow his illegal orders to kill citizens without bothering to secure judicial warrants of arrest.

Duterte is threatening to accept no more ¨surrenders¨ from the New People´s Army and is inciting his military officers and troops to kill upon sight NPA suspects and all those he considers as enemies of the state.

The physical and mental health condition of Duterte as president is a matter of public interest and public concern. With or without my prodding, he should present to the public his medical record in response to public demand.

It has come to pass that Duterte was obliged to appear publicly on video on Monday night and to show that he still had an unusually darkened face and he looked tired and dispirited.
