Joop Meijnen, journalist of the NRC Handelsblad (Redactie Europa)
interviews Prof. Jose Maria Sison on 30 January 2007 regarding the
anticipated decision of the European Court of Justice on 1 February 2007
on his appeal against the Council of the European Union on
the issue of access to documents used in putting him on the "terrorist" list
of the Council of the EU. The issue of access to said documents is subsidiary
to the main issue of "terrorist" listing by the Council. This main issue is also
expected be decided by the European Court of First Instance soon. |
