Ms. Ninotchka Rosca, recipient of the American Book Award for Excellence
in Literature, is coming to the Philippines to launch her latest book.
She has written five books, including the two highly acclaimed novels
State of War and Twice Blessed. Her novels have been translated into Dutch,
German and Catalan. Now based in New York, she is one of the best, internationally
known Filipino writers.
